Are you positioned and equipped with ALL the skills and leadership that you need to build a successful business from home? If not I invite you to get accurate information, learning all the skills you need to build a thriving business without a price-tag attached. Isn't it disappointing when you see people charging people for information that you can get for FREE somewhere on the Internet? What we don't know can hurt us and our pocket book too. Ask and you shall receive!
If someone comes to you with a question that you don't have an answer to, specialize in becoming a professional pointer. Surround yourself with a mastermind group who will have answers amongst the group. Sponsor your weaknesses. If you are a person who struggles to stay organized, have some fun pursuing business partners' who have a "Green Personality." A "Green" knows ALL the details and tends to be very organized. Remember, you are perfect exactly the way you are! Show me a person who has it ALL together on their own! It takes a team working together. I can't do it on my own, neither can you.
Delegate, delegate, delegate. If you don't know the answer, ask for it! Leverage off of your team. Sponsor your weaknesses and walk in complete confidence knowing you have everything you need when you lean on each other! Isn't it great to know that you are perfect just the way you are?

What Makes for a Winning Team?
I watch my daughter play basketball with her team and each of those girls has a different set of skills. They play off one another's strengths as a team, and during practice time they identify the weaknesses and build each other up. That's what we do as a team as well and it makes for a winning team!

Until you realize it's not going to work. Can you imagine some flighty, talks a mile a minute, unorganized individual attracting a professional accountant? Highly unlikely.

Two Heads are Better Than One
This is true in many cases where leadership and individual motivation are also important. The combination of being in a team, one which you can delegate to when you're overtaxed or out of your area of expertise, so that you can focus on what you need to in order to continue learning and growing, is priceless.. Even in a position of leadership in any corporation there are always aspects of the saying 'two heads are better than one' and a mastermind group is priceless.
