Are You Following The Most Important Plan For Your MLM Business Success?

If You Are Part of the Home Based Business Industry and Running A Network Marketing Business , you would understand the importance of leadership and discipline for your success in this industry. You have to lead the way to maximize effiency and results not only for yourself but also for your team because their success would invariably mean your success.

I have been thinking about doing this article for some time now and finally I have managed to get myself together in highlighting the most important ingredient for our success in this industry , no matter which network marketing business you are in. Ever since I have applied this in my business , I have noticed a distinctive positive change in my results ..It is for YOU to follow, and your team to follow but it has to start from YOU..The Leader always has to show the way ...

It is simply about following a daily action plan based on the following three components:

(1)ACTION

(2)RESULTS

(3) PROFIT POTENTIAL

It is about taking action steps on a daily basis that give you results and which has the most profit potential..E.g...If your daily action is writing 3 articles , are you monitoring it's results?..are you monitoring the VIEWS/LEADS/SALES conversion ratio..If you are getting 50 views and 10 people are captured in your funnel , Are you calling those 10 people up? Out of those 10 people , How many have you convinced to join your business? Are you doing this on a daily basis? 

Or You just spending your time in installing new plug ins for your blog , or you are spending your entire day in improving the look of your FB Fan Page..This is fine and it will get you results but it should not be part of your daily action plan.

Choose Your Profitable Daily Actions Based Upon Your Strengths:

It is also important to choose our daily actions vis-a-vis our natural ability and talents..e,g If someone has the natural ability to write well and is terrible in shooting a video , then don't go towards video marketing , it will waste your time and you won't get the results you are looking for. You would , at best , improve slightly at things you are not good at. Choose actions you enjoy doing and which come naturally to you..Those are the actions which are high percentage actions and will bring you fast results..

I would recommend a great book called the Strength Finder 2.0..I have just started reading it..It enables you to identify your strengths and natural aptitude and focus on them every day to maximize your results..

Evaluate Profitable Daily Actions Of Your Prospective Team

I would also highly recommend to apply this in recruiting your network marketing team.. i.e. analyze strengths of every prospect you are looking to recruit..if you are terrible in video marketing , then it makes sense to have someone in your team , who is great in video marketing..He may not be great in Article Marketing , as you are..This way you are building a powerful team with a multitude of skill sets and talents and you will produce results for your business in the shortest time periods possible..

If you apply this blueprint to yourself and also pass this to your team , I have no doubt in my mind that you will be doing great in your business for a long time to come.
