So what's the importance of education and leadership? As we all know, formal education will make you a living while self-education will make you a fortune! If you want to become successful in this industry, let me first share this with you that people don't want to be sold and definitely don't want to buy YOUR products. Instead people buy solutions. Every single person who has ever built a wealth for themselves has done so by solving other people's problems. And that my friend is the formula for making money. In fact people are willing to pay money for solutions. That's why educating yourself is very crucial if you want to make it big in this industry as it increases your value and networth in the community. You can't become a leader without proper education therefore, you have to be willing to invest in yourself to increase your value. To simplify things, Sucess in this industry comes down to just TWO things:

1.) Becoming a leader to others by increasing your value.

2.) The ability to express your value to prospects thru MARKETING.

So in order to become what I call "magnetic", you must increase your value to others through education and experience. Believing and knowing that you hold true value to other people, gives you the confidence and abundance mentality you need in order to become an Alpha Marketer.

It is important to add that products don't build downlines, they sustain downlines. Leadership and marketing sell products and build downlines. Nothing else.

That being said, they key therefore to effective marketing is to promote and sell a generic Solution & System, instead of your business opportunity on the front end. By providing your prosepects with valuable knowledge that can help them get what they want and make their life easier, instead of pitching them some opportunity, you instantly set yourself apart from the masses, and you begin to attract them to you magnetically. You now position yourself as a Leader who has power and value to offer others who assoicate themselves with you.

You can position yourself as an expert or leader in two ways: market solutions through  a product or newsletter and be an alpha leaders who trains and instruct others. People will join you in business for two reasons. They believe you are a leader who can help them get what they want, and/or you have a system in place they feel they can benefit from. That's it!

Therefore, stop trying to pitch your opportunity on the front end because other networkers are rarely interested in hearing about that. Instead, lead with a High Value Content such as "how to" product that provides a solution to their pain or a benefit that gives pleasure. Position your opportunity inside that product as a solution, or simply use the product to begin building a relationship with that person.

"Don't do anything for the money you will make, but instead for the skills you will learn."

The only way to Get Attention and make yourself Stand Out is to take on the role of a trusted advisor.

In order to become Attractive, stop doing what's unattractive (non-stop, shameless pitching) and start doing what is attractive (teaching and helping others).

Attraction Marketing is the art and science of empowering, communicating and developing a relationship with another human being based on their needs and not yours. If you master this formula, you will get more sales, more duplication and more free time. 

To sum this up, when you provide your audience with content that helps them accomplish what they want, Retention will NEVER be a problem again. You will enjoy a constant flood of FREE, word of mouth referrals, Google Yahoo and the other search engines will automatically send you Thousands of new prospects and followers for Free. Don't be on the losing end of this equation. If you're not doing something to educate your prospects and enrich their lives, you're like a TV station that runs nothing but commercials 24/7.
