First of all, what is the meaning of teamwork? The dictionary states: A cooperative effort by the members of a group or team to achieve a common goal.

Think about that definition for a moment! It takes a TEAM effort to ACHIEVE a goal.  When you have an online home business, or any business, you can not just put ads out there, have people join, say thanks for your money and good luck.  If you want to have the ultimate success, you need to bring people in as a team and work together.

The Blue Angels

To build a high performance online home business, you have to create trust, respect, and unity within your team. Could you just imagine what would happen to the Blue Angels if they did not work as a team?  Their would be a lot of deaths, it is a must that they work together as a team or they pay the ultimate sacrifice.

Comparing an online business to the Blue Angels is a long stretch, but the point is, teamwork.  You have to help people that want to join your business, not just leave them in the wind.  Teach them what you have already learned, find out what they know, learn it, and start building a team to gain the success everyone wants.

Being independent and thinking you can do everything yourself can be a very dangerous way to sabotage yourself.  We were put here on earth to help one another, to share our gifts with one another. That is what teamwork is all about, a win/win situation for all.

The greatest accomplishments in life are not achieved by just one. Look at each winner and you will find a mentor, a coach, or a role model.  They became number one because of the team behind them.

How Do Birds Fly?

You will be able to get to where you want to go faster if you work as a team.  Have you ever wondered why birds fly in a V shape?  When flapping their wings they create an updraft for the other bird to follow, when in a V shape they create 71 percent better flying range than just one bird. When one bird falls out, they immediately feel it harder to fly and get right back into the V shape.

Think about the birds flying together, when it comes to your business.  By working as a team we can get to where we want to go 71 percent faster.  Stick together and accomplish more as a team, help one another reach the end goal in mind.

A Great Leader

Everyone has a different know how, when having an online home business or any business. A great leader will recognize these traits and allow them to have an input, that is what will make the wheel go around smoothly. A great leader will recognize the different skills each team member has and put them to good use.

When working as a team toward a common goal it will also cause more motivation.  People feel more respected and productive when able to use their skills as a team.
