In conclusion developing leadership skills are important because you want to have a distinction which should a difference between a person who is a leader and a manager.  A leader is somebody who will put up their hand in a crown and offer to do or to lead, whereas a manager does things right, because this is his occupation.  Leadership is a calling and the need to help others.
