Do You Need More Support in Your Business?
Quite frankly I’m amazed at the lack of support most distributors get in their network marketing company! To me it is quite beyond belief! Does their upline not realize that their success depends on the success of their team? Why is the support that is needed not forthcoming! I wonder why these leaders do not ask more questions, why are they not curious about the lack of activity in their downline? Why do they not ask them?
When I think about it I come to the conclusion that many uplines simply lack the skill needed to truly help their team. Many leaders have inflated egos and want their team to remain in awe of their amazing achievements and success. They perpetuate the lies that are so prevalent in network marketing and unfortunately so many good people fail as a result.
You get leaders that only know how to build the business in one particular way and often that way is unique to the individual and is almost impossible to duplicate. Just make a list they cry of your friends and family, talk to everyone with enthusiasm about your business. Make sure you talk to at least 10 people a day about your business. Pick up the phone book, keep calling them they might have changed their minds!
Or they tell you to invest in your business, buy leads, you need to have a serious monthly advertising budget if you want to see success they cry! At best the motivated distributor will see limited results and wonder what is wrong with them and why they cant duplicate what their upline have said they have done. They sign people up but soon they see them do nothing and drift away and are left wondering where all their investment capital has gone!
I’m amazed in any other industry or business we would not do that! Instead we would look for qualified prospects. We spend money on advertising only when it makes sense to do so. Where we can clearly see a good return on the investment. In any other business people come to them looking for the product or service.
When I have a need for something like a new car then I will start the process of going out and looking. I am then a good prospect for the car salesman, it matters very little to me about how good the salesman is at that point as long as I get the car I want at the right price. If however I’ve just recently bought a new car there is no way on earth that even the best car salesman in the world could sell me a new car!
It is like this in your business you need to be visible to the prospect that is looking for a network marketing business just like yours and you need to clearly show them what YOU are offering above the rest of the competition. Take your time developing YOU as the brand on the internet this will pay dividends.
NEVER STOP learning, learn to become more valuable to the marketplace, increase in your skills and communicate and be a wise professional network marketer. Continue to be open and curious at all times, never be afraid to ask questions, read a lot and be very active in your mastermind group of like minded people.
