Don't you just love anonymous phone calls

She was going to pray for me.  That's wonderful - we all need prayer but what she was praying about was the fact that I wasn't joining the horde of people who were running around telling everyone else what a great leader they were everytime they posted something.

Any point of few that was different from the positive "praise" was negative. 

Any logic introduced into a topic conversation to view the other side of the coin was "pulling people down".

I wondered how well her team was doing (if she had one) if she didn't help them by pointing out where improvements could be made in their marketing or promotion.   She probably would have cried at a session I had with a team member who came to me with ad copy and we picked it apart line by line and landed up changing the whole ad.  (Using the "So what" principle)

There are some people who should be in business and there are some that shouldn't be.
