Employees Making MORE Than Their Manager?

A couple years ago I managed the Jenny Craig here in Tucson.

I was so excited because I started out as the Receptionist, moved up to a Consultant, and then landed the Manager position.

I learned a lot from this experience and I also found out that Jenny Craig is serious about SALES.

We sold memberships, we sold food, we sold exercise DVDs, water bottles, etc.

What can I say -- we were selling machines!

The wonderful part was that everyone worked on COMMISSION.

So when I became Manager, I quickly changed the format of the Weekly Staff Meeting.

Since I had been in every position in the franchise (even if it was for a short amount of time) I was very familiar with what my co-workers were unhappy about.
