Getting A Job Is Over Rated RANT. ARGH!

So I work from home and my office is directly below the “living room” and let me tell me how annoying that is because the TV is constantly on upstairs. I keep on hearing the stupid tune from BBC, you the know the tune that sounds like the tune from the hotel tv ads “9 out of 10 people prefer to watch movies on hd the other 1 hasn’t seen a hd tv” Give me a freakin break! 

I honestly just had enough of that, then on top of that my room started to get more cluttered because of the packages that keep  on arriving, from marketing courses in these huge boxes and they purposely put that annoying Styrofoam in there.  So I decided to get a change or scenery to actually clear my mind and get things done.

You see I love working for myself and when it comes to freedom. I love it because hey its just the thing to do, so when you can work on your own terms and say “you know what I am not being too productive here and I would rather go someplace else right now, I will go for lunch first because I’m hungry” you have the freakin freedom to do so and not a boss blaring down your back saying in that *condescending talking down to you voice*

Jack-“Did you get that file completed Jim?”

You-“Almost Jack, just need to spell check it and print it out and then staple it”

Jack-“ Well I need it down before you leave today because I am going on vacation tomorrow and I don’t want to have to deal with it when I come back”

You-“ok sure”

Meanwhile while all of this going on you are thinking in that song in the back of your head “Hit the road jack and don’t you come back no more, no more, no more , no more, hit the road jack and don’t you come back no more”-Ray Charles

That is one of the main reasons that I am self employed! So coming to the point now of this post, I was looking through my email and saw this email that said “the most in demand job in the world” I was like what, how and why. So I took a look at what it was and it was basically being a social media manager and getting paid to tweet and facebook. What a novel idea, why didn’t I think of this? I did like 6 months ago ahaha that is basically what I do well one of the areas of my field but I don’t work for anyone.

After taking a look at what it is I was quite impressed because you can work for yourself managing local business social media accounts, which is a great idea if you do it correctly! Far too many people are abusing the social media aspect part of marketing and yes I am victim to this as well but hey everyone does it right? Well there is a correct way of doing it.

There is a correct way of doing it, and monetizing on it properly. Only if I knew all this knowledge before! Any way I suggest that you take a look at it if you want the time freedom from your job earn
