Duplication is one of the biggest challenges in developing a strong and powerful network marketing business. Usually you develop the belief but are not able to transmit it enough. That makes you the expert and nobody in your networks does anything anymore. If this is happening to you, you need this article

How do we instill effective duplication? Here are two ways...

The first is to take your business prospecting activity online. Online is relatively new and unexplored by networkers. They can get many answers to their questions without having to depend on you. Of course, many of these answers will not be the ones you would like them to have... but then, they would not stick to you in a communist regime either, would they?

Network marketing is based on trust and this trust can be strong and powerful if there is openness about the way we conduct the business. So by prospecting online we kill two birds. One, we save time and money looking for qualified prospects and two, we create the requisite trust that we then duplicate.

Everyone likes to explore online rather than cold call and chase people. This is why this duplicates well. The other thing everyone likes is money.

Since network marketing does not produce money quickly it is good to have a supplementary money source from online sales of products that you can get a commission on. The only condition is that the products sold must not conflict with the products your network vouches for. If that condition is met, any sales will only develop better sales persons for the network product line as well.

Why does this duplicate? Because when they are online, people need to learn how to use their time doing the right things that produce results for their prospecting. These 'right things' have been done before and are packaged as 'systems' that can be copied. By selling / purchasing these 'systems' and related tools, there are commissions to be made. So everyone on your network makes those commissions and gets more effective as well!

This is a positive spiral that sets in once your network embraces the power of online prospecting and online sales. All you need do is break a mindset that network marketing must be done offline by cold calling and personal contact. There really is an open mind required here! Adopt a system that builds in all the tools you need and note the difference!
