Give up already on the 95% failure rate

It is a fact of life.  You milk a cow and the pail will be full of milk with a little bit of cream.  You cannot milk a cow and get nothing but cream.  You cannot milk a cow and get 50% cream.  The cream rises to the top, the milk stays on the bottom and the percentage of milk will always be way higher than the amount of cream.  You can't change that.  People are exactly the same way.

Ninety-five percent or 97% of people in life or any network marketing opportunity will be milk and will always be milk.

Get over it.  You can't turn milk into cream no matter how good a mentor/coach or trainer you are.

The cream will naturally rise to the top, even if you are not there to help them.

Sound harsh?? Think about it.  Look around at the people you know, work with, socialize with.  Line up 10 of them and give them a challenge.  Any kind of a challenge which requires effort:  say they have to lose 20 pounds in the next 3 months.  How many of those 10, those people you associate with, are going to actually stay the course, practice the discipline required, make the effort day in and day out, and lose the weight?

One?  Maybe !

And the benefits they would experience if they lost the weight - WOW !  Lower blood pressure, cholesterol issues resolved, new wardrobe (for us women !), the benefits are numerous.  Not instant but numerous but therein lies the rub.  A little bit of effort (doing the right activities) sustained over a long period of time provides massive benefits and people won't do it.

So why would you expect them to do it with a business opportunity?

Why is everybody so upset or shocked or negative about a 95% failure rate in network marketing?

It is not a reflection on the industry, it is a reflection of people in general.

So get over it and focus on skimming the cream off the top of the milk.

To your success,

Joyce Penner

p.s.  I'm not saying milk doesn't provide a valuable addition to any recipe or diet but think about whipped cream or butter and the decadent value cream adds to any recipe ! Yum !
