How to Survive if your MLM Comp “Throws a Curly”
Has your MLM Company decided to change direction, rebrand, stock new products and re-hash commission scales? Well mine did, and it left me totally confused and bewildered to start with. I certainly was not the only one. Other members also found the transition hard to understand. The company had re-invented itself.
I decided to leave - I was not inspired by the new direction or interested in the new products. As it turned out, this did not affect me too much because I had set up my own company brand and was selling other products. This particular MLM company was only one of my multiple streams of income. I quickly looked out for other opportunities to fill this gap, although I still haven’t found another MLM business that impresses me yet.
Many members though, had built their businesses only around this company. What an upheaval! It was a case of rebuilding a new business. It takes time to get a new structure up and running and this means a loss in income.
Protect yourself by creating your own business model, and have other products to market. Think about what else you can set up now even if it is just ticking away in the background. If anything happens then you can quickly fire this side up and avoid a heavy financial loss. You need to get the balance right and ensure that you are focused on the main products first otherwise you will decrease your service levels to your core business.
Be in control of your own destiny.
