Lead By Example And Your Downline Will Follow!

I want you to understand this right now. The only thing you can do that will TRULY help your business and your team members is to lead by example! Period.

Let your team see that you're doing your monthly auto-ship. Let your team see that you're involved in personal development... reading books, listening to cd's, watching videos etc. Let your team see that you're contacting and following up with people. Let your team see that you're trying to master Internet Marketing.

You get the idea. Don't wait for other people to do things. Don't depend on other people to build your business. You build it. Lead by example...TAKE ACTION!

This will motivate and inspire your team members/your downline. If they see you doing something, there is a MUCH better chance they will do it too!

Do the things that you need to personally do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to build your business. This will include studying, advertising/marketing, prospecting, follow-ups, and getting new reps started. Over time, you will see who your real leaders are. These are the people who you should most of your time with!

The sad truth is that most people who get involved in Network Marketing don't take it seriously. They don't believe in themselves. Most people lack confidence. Deep down, they don't believe they have what it takes to own a business and be successful.
 
At some point, these people will find ANY EXCUSE to quit...quit your business and quit Network Marketing. And there's NOTHING you can do about it! So don't spend your time and energy worrying about it.

Before you can help someone they have to want to be helped. They have to be willing to change and learn new information. They must be willing to listen and take mentorship. Most people  won't...DON"T YOU BE ONE OF THEM!

Don't let the whiners, the complainers, and the quitters get you down. I hate negativity and negative people. Life is too short! Share your opportunity with enough people, online and offline, using Personal Branding and Attraction Marketing techniques. Do this consistently and you will find leaders!

Build YOUR business. Lead by example and the right one's will follow you. Spend most of your time with THOSE men and women...the people who truly want to change their lives. And be patient. If you do this, I promise you will have great success!!!
