This is absolutely the paramount principle of personal development. There is absolutely no way you can grow if you think you have arrived. The work of creation is in exhaustible. We as leaders must continuously continue to grow and expand our knowledge. My favorite part of magnetic sponsoring was a page i won't attempt to quote , when Mike Dillard said that he spent thousands on education and buying his competition's products. He also bought certain programs just to "study the packaging". Now if you sit down and think about how dedicated you have to be to the growth of your business to buy $1,000 courses just to look at the packaging.

Him and many other leaders know that your net worth will never exceed your self worth. Meaning you will never make more money than the value of the knowledge you possess to your market. So if you want to increase the income you will make you must first increase your knowledge base. Devour every free training ad webinar, and pay for everything you can afford (in my opinion you cant aford not to).  Get every membership you can get, become a knowledge junkie and become a product of that knowledge.

In summation this year im already going to 8 conferences each a minimum of 2,500 dollars and the most expensive being 18,100 which will be this october.This total is a staggering 37,000 of my 51,000 i had saved at the time. I have bought training materials on copywriting and seo , and i intend to attend any other event or buy anything else in my budget. I will expand i will grow and i will succeed by loving people , and using money.

I am a leader. No setback , no nay sayer, no upline will hinder my growth. And this year I will make six figures, AGAIN.
