New Marketers Struggle With How To Represent Themselves As Leaders. Try This!

You have just joined your first Online Marketing opportunity and everything you see is about people that have made tons of cash, and have unlimited success.

As you explore marketing yourself (You Inc.) you wonder how there is any way you can portray who you are when you have never had one person join your Online Marketing Team... The answer is very simple and if you follow my game plan you will begin to have people join your team..

Rule #1: Never make up things that are not true to look like someone you are not.

Rule #2: Keep in mind that people that look at you are looking for a "Leader" .. If they can see you as a leader then they can "Follow The Leader"

My game plan starts with a task of gathering your assessment of yourself. Get out a piece of paper and answer the following questions.

1. Two words or phrases that describe qualities about yourself that you admire.

2. Two accomplishments that you look at (other than kids, etc) that you feel have a strong meaning to you.. Be specific !

3. Two things that you enjoy doing that points out the enjoyable components of your life.. example .. golf etc.

4. Two things you would like to accomplish that would have great meaning in your life and to others.

5. Two elements of your personality that portray you as a leader in your mind.

Congratulations !!!! You have just built the framework for allowing people to see the leader that you are. They will be very compelled to build a relationship with you so they too can realize the same skills and benefits of aligning with someone of your skill set.

Next......

Now it is time to write your story and practice it.. Your story should be something you can talk about in 2 1/2 minutes or less. Any longer and you will lose them. Use the most positive attitude you can and put the answers to your question above into a story. Record the story and listen.. Have others listen as well and get feedback. Take the feedback to heart and make changes until you feel comfortable with who you are. Once you have accomploshed this you are ready to put your story and heart on the line.. When you have someone provide their name and email as a lead that you communicate with, ask them why they gave you that information. Use their feedback to discover the points in your story that people gravitate to. It will be the same things all the time and you are going to be amazed at what people hear in your story. Take the feedback and improve your story and then start marketing using those key points as content in your advertising.

Start writing Articles, Blog Posts, Doing Videos, Writing Press Releases, and anything else you can think of that gets you out in front of everyone that you would like to be a leader to. 

Your final step....

Start to enjoy your story, believe your story, and realize that no one has a story like yours and no one can duplicate you. Trust me, it won't be long before you can make all the income claims you want and success stories you want. Know what?
