When you are promoting your business opportunity, do you provide value to your prospect? Providing value to your prospect is the key to getting leads, turning those leads into interested prospects which will turn into profit. To become a leader and top producer in whichever network marketing company or online business you have chosen, you must give your prospect a reason to join you.

Be a Leader or Fail!

To get people to join you on your journey to success in any network marketing venture or online business, you must be a leader. If you are not one now, you need to either become one or at least for the time being act like one. To become one, you need to know and study what the top producers and leaders in network marketing are currently doing. Then you must copy what they are doing. You have heard “do not re-invent the wheel”? Of, course. Well don’t do it. So many people try and try to do it their own way, thinking somehow their way is better. Well most times, they fail. Want guaranteed success in your business? Want success in a relatively short period of time and without going broke? Then you MUST copy what the leaders are doing and do exactly what they are doing.

Either Bring Value to the Table or Just Quit!

So what are the leaders and top producers doing to build huge downlines and multiple incomes? How are they recruiting dozens in their business and earning the big check every month?

First realize this. They are NOT talking about their business. They are not calling or emailing their prospects and shoving the story of how great their company or product is down the throat of the prospect. This only makes the prospect sick. Sick of hearing every inexperienced network marketer saying they have the most powerful comp plan in the business.

So back to the question, what are they doing? They are providing value though training webinars, lead generation tools, and motivation. They bring success. They have the techniques and tools to build a network marketing business. They teach these same tools to their downline. The reason people join them is because they are a leader and not some newbie who has nothing to offer but excitement. People join them because they are confident they can be successful too.
