Today, there are literally thousands after thousands of Network Marketers who are looking for leadership. What determines if they will search for you will depend on how valuable you become.

Many home business owners will not recieve the commision bonus check they saw on the plan they watched.

Many today, will be frustrated and wonder why their own families, friends will not buy from them or join them.

And why they are having such a hard time when their opportunity for them, seems the best in the world and the products are just amazing.

The Internet has given me the opportunity to make it my stage. Some will sit and sleep. Some will walk in and out. 

...But there will be those who truly want the answer, the solution so they can do what they love to do and achieve what they so said to others.

Yes, other people who wait for you to prove them wrong.

However, don't prove them wrong because you'll waste your energy and you may miss the solution I'm about to give you, which has no affilate link.

Here's Why Most Networ Marketers Today Won't Get their Comission Check..
Imagine 50-60 years old, a new era of doing business, which had low cost start up. This enabled anyone to get stuck in and start building an...organisation.

I say 'organisation' because it's important we understand this part.

You get paid the big bucks to build an organisation. It is not your OWN business. Your role is like that of a sales rep. In fact, you are a sales rep.

 1. You move products. Meaning - you market to sell products, Without this happening you don't make money and also, you will NOT qualify for the bonus checks.

2. You sponsor and lead the way for others in their team move products. Without this, the person you sponsored doesn't make money and so they leave.

And organisation goes back to where it started - YOU. It becomes stagnat and you'll feel the frustration most feel today.

Many have been in that position for the last 2-5 years. Some even longer.

3. You build an organisation that enables you to gain more money from the compensation plan. To do this - you need to have the following skills:

• Sales skills.
• Marketing.
• People skills.
• People skills.
• People skills.

In other words - leadership.

Why The Majority Have Difficulty In Implementing These Skills
All our lives, from the day we were born, we thought of no one else but ourselves.

Life for us is like a competition to be approved. To be part of someone's gang. To be impress a woman or a man, or to impress the gang who the person wanted to be part of.

As we grew, the arena changed to a bigger scale.

We wanted to get a job, prove to those arounds us that we can get one. Then prove to the boss by lying through the teeth with some crafted CV.

Then when we got the job, we'd do some more proving to co-workers, and all the people around us. All because we WANTED TO TAKE!

So everything, from day one, our life was built on taking for ourselves. Heck, when people talking, and someone's listening - they are not even listening.

They are waiting to reply and sound great! As if they going to score points.

Never did we years ago, when we started understood about people, how they think, why they do the things they do, why we do the things we do. It was all about forced taking.

....But in Network Marketing, it's a different ball game altogether because now, it's all about what YOU have to offer.

And all the convincing you did with your mother to get away from doing the tasks, the impressing the girl to take her out, the impressing to a man, the impressing and convincing to a boss to get the job...

Is NOT GOING TO WORK!

So you my dear friend are SCREWED because you haven't the skills to win with old school as some call it or new school.

No matter how many tools gadgets, social media share buttons and amazing videos - you are literally screwed.

You ONLY got skills of the sheeple.

The skills we call surviving sklls instead of the winning skills.

The skills that can only get you as far as half way - through the door to sign a form that you're now in business.

That's Why Your Familes Say Yes - and Mean "NO!"
Yes, that's exactly what happens when you go to your mother, brother, sister, aunty, friend and they smile, grin and say..

"Yes, I'm interested in this...product."

And you call and they don't pick up the phone.

They feel the same desperation, the same neediness, the same fear, of where you went to hand that CV and you sat there, hoping you get the job.

They feel the same vibe, where you called to see if you got the job, and you paced up and down for an hour first. Then you picked up the phone and nervously asked,

"Pretty please, tell me I got the job."

You cannot use the same skills that has got you into so much debt, trouble, isolated from the wealthy, ignored by the skilfull.

And got you to not see your family ONLY when it's freaking Xmas or gave a rose on Valentine day, or a present on mother's day.

Then expect the very same family, friends to suddenly jump in, tell the truth, and be there when you arrive at the door, with a big smile and say..

"Yes! We have been waiting for you to tell us more about the business oportunity! Welcome and show us the way."

Are you kidding me?

You may not like what I say today but that's ok. You have the free the God given right to disagree. You have a choice.

It is our choices that landed us all where we are.

You can stay in that rut today, and hear someone telling you to do it their way and their way ONLY! And stay in that frustrated place of feeling that you haven't got a business.

To also feel you have got another job and a new freaking boss!

Or you begin to really see, that the skills you have got so far, have only helped you to survive. They will not help you to win and attract leaders to you.

There is no link today.

There is only for you to either do two thinks:

• Write down what you want out of the business.
• Then find a mentor and call them.

You cannot buy a mentor! You cannot bribe one. You have to earn the priveledge and that is why, most leaders do not join in threads that say...

"I am looking for a sponsor, or a Mentor."

If that person cannot even do their home work, take time to know people, see if the person has the skills and ot pathetic guru status - then mentors of the real kind won't show up.

Yes, they will charge you but the focus, direction, skills and resources you will recieve will always outweight what you give.

Their joy s when you implement and succeed. That's why they will do their very best prepare you with strategy, planning and skills.
