The Elephant and the Ant.  When Orrin Started out the Ant was trying to be king but he had a Elephant tied to his waist and the elephant won.  Orrin did not get success till he started training the elephant and did not have big success till it was trained.  A trained Elephant can do more then an ant.  

THE ANT AND THE ELEPHANT is a great little story by Vince Poscente that represents the struggles between our conscious mind (the ant) and our subconscious mind (the elephant). 

Late in the book (in the afterword), Poscente explains that in one second of time the conscious mind uses some 2 thousand neurons, but the subconscious mind 4Billion neurons in the same second of time. We make decisions with our conscious mind, but let our subconscious mind control our actions. 

This story is about Adir, the ant. Adir lives on the back of Elgo the elephant (Subconscious mind) Adir and Elgo both want to reach the oasis, representative of our personal goals, but Elgo (the subconscious) keeps leading them astray. Adir(Conscious mind), with the help of a very wise mentor and coach, Brio the owl, begins to learn how to control Elgo's actions. 

In Networking we get imidiate feed Back!  We know when Elgo the Elephant is leading us in the wrong Direction.  because we are not making any money or sponsoring people into our business.
You know if you are doing it right if the things you are Choosing on a Conscious level   are happening.
If your Ant and Elephant are not aligned there is a Civil war going on in your head heart and body and soul.  And Your  elephant has been programed by someone else.

You Must Learn how to Talk to your Elephant 
If you talk to your Elephant in ant mode this is what it looks like

Buy a coke today it will make you fat because the sugar goes in to your fat cells and if being fat is not all it can do for you it can decay your teeth as well.  And everyone knows a dirty mouth and Fat leads to diabetes  and now you will get attention from doctors and nurses when you go to the hospital to have your Leg cut off.

 No one would drink cola in Ant mode.

So you need to learn how to talk to your Elephant 

In His language.  Which is in Visions pictures. Stories.

The comercial Marketers know better then anyone how to talk to the elephant.  

Example.  They have pictures of you and your family getting together for a holiday meal ohhh everyone is happy and drinking a coke so refreshing and fun.They  use pictures to get your elephant to buy it.

So now the Elephant  will buy coke and drink cola in Elephant mode.  The Ant has lost.
That is your JOb to get your elephant to buy your Dream life.  To Train Your Elephant.

Learn from the comercials  send a message to the Elephant with pictures
Have your Vision Board on the Fridge on your computor.  Every where you look Train the elephant.

You have a Billion Dollar Brain  Why would you feed it junk?  Make sure the thiings you are looking at and reading and talking to make your life better.
Give Yourself permission to win.

When your elephant is trained it does Great things it can even give your team a ride till they have their Elephant trained.
Invest time in your Dream.  Work for it Sacrific for it.  Freedom comes from DisaplineYou have to feed your dream on a daily Basis.with a vision board a statement you read in the morning and at night.
When your fears are greater then you Dream s you find Excuses
When your Dreams are greater then your fears It s because you live in Belief.
Everything you do matters!  Every thought Every word  Every Act.  So let your thoughts Words and Actions Prosper you Now.
