In network marketing no one succeeds alone. It is always a team effort.

As we see the world in this economy I thank my lucky stars that it doesn’t and will never affect me. Network marketing is extremely efficient, effective, and profitable-if you know how to do it and stay in the game.

Network marketing will continue to attract unprecedented numbers of people in the upcoming years for two reasons:

1) Network marketing has reached new levels of:
•    Integrity
•    Professionalism
•    Mainstream Acceptability
•    Profitability for participants

               AND

2) Technological advancement and economic realities have created massive and permanent changes within the modern work world.
In the current traditional work world most people feel:
→ The time demands are too great
→The stress is too high
→The potential for freedom (of time and money) is too small
→The hope of job security is gone
→ The rewards are too minimal

These changes in the traditional work setting, along with the positive changes in network marketing, are creating the influx of new participants into network marketing. People correctly see that network marketing is an exciting world that improves people’s visions and tends to raise their spirit. The most beautiful part of network marketing is that it welcomes all people to come and to dream as big as they can, work harder than they have ever worked, and taste a freedom that they didn’t think possible before being introduced to the opportunity.

But you must be cautious as it is easy to lose our vision, not hear what others are saying, and see our progress slow to a crawl.
As long as you follow these three principles, it is impossible to fail:
1)    Consistent Effort
2)    Duplication
3)    Time

Consistent Effort
Without regular, consistent time put into our businesses on a daily basis, they are not likely to grow.  If you wanted to be CEO in the traditional workplace you would probably not have the same warped expectations.
Don’t get me wrong, success certainly does happen MUCH faster, but ONLY if you put the consistent effort in and NEVER STOP.
Individuals who set out to pursue there dreams one month, one phone call, one appointment, and one meeting, at a time are the ones who succeed.

Duplication
I’ve heard various sides of the argument for duplication. But here is one that I tend to stand by.  The vital truth (for me) in this principle did not hit me until I began to be frustrated and fatigued by slow growth in my organization. It occurred to me that the buck stopped with me. Literally, I did not know how to create ongoing duplication in my team.  Until I learned this, I was going to remain stuck and generating only a few thousand dollars per month. And I knew that was chump change compared to what was available.
There is one common denominator among successful network marketers: duplication. They were all using a simple, systematic method to grow their teams.
Duplication is much more attainable that most people realize, but only if they know HOW to first create and then to sustain duplication.

People need to plug into a system. They begin with wonderful motivation and vision, but because they lack a systematic method of growing a team and creating revenue, they become discouraged and watch their energy, enthusiasm, and hope begin to dissipate. These people often assume that something is lacking in them that prevents success. In reality, the only thing they are missing is a systematic method of growing their businesses.

Time
Settle in, buckle your seatbelts, and stay on task. Remember to give it enough time. I have never been in an industry where people have more warped expectations and serious time distortion than they do in network marketing.
When their businesses grow more slowly than anticipated, they falsely conclude that either this business does not work or that it will not work for them.  This causes them to remove themselves from growing their businesses and the result is death by neglect. Then you have a deadline on your hands and not a functioning downline.

Be Patient. It does takes time to grow a network marketing business with depth and duplication.
