Xelr8 distributors are you really F*&^%$ every distributor should read this

The Importantant things that every Xelr8 distributor needs to know in this time of turmoil

I was talking to some friends who are leaders in Xelr8 who are confused, distraught and feeling let down about the recent changes that have taken place with Xelr8.  After the genuine pain and grieving they all have the same concern, "What should I do"?  How am I going to rebound and more importantly how this will affect me financially.  First, I want to let all Xelr8 distributors know that I am very sorry for the way things have gone and I also apologize for all the sharks in the water that are attacking your team and other leaders in your organization.  Ultimate opportunity sometimes come in the worst of situations and I know that if you are a true leader you will arise out of the ashes like a Phoenix a better person and with a stronger purpose.

I understand things happen in life.  I have had things happen to me that have not been pleasant yet, I have had to rebound. People have team splits, personal sponsors no longer need you, this can affect thousands and produce many different emotional response. The biggest question for most people is "WHY"?  Finally, I understand why things happen and can answer that question; it is a simple one, it was meant to be.  I remember listening to Jim Rohn's Cd's on The Law of the Harvest.  He talks about how sometimes you sow the seed and water the fields, but still sometimes the seeds fall on thorny ground. Why is that you might ask?  You just can't ask that question? Sometimes you sow the seed and once again the birds come down and eat the seed. Why is that? You just don't ask that question?  Sometimes in life there are no answers to our questions, so why ask?  What happened to Xelr8?  From the outside looking in everything appeared to be perfect.  The distributors I know where happy, The product was well received and things where moving forward, and then out of no where the phones began to ring and it appeared that around you everything was beginning to fall apart.

I am writing this because I wanted to give back to the industry that has done so much for me, and to promote once again my desire to change this industry by promoting Enlightening Marketing.  What is Enlightened Marketing? you might asked it is operating from the mentality of abundance, Not allowing the fear of lose to persuade you decisions, realizing that Teams, Systems and Integrity are what build a team. not companies, product and compensation plans.

I also wanted to be a positive light among all the vultures that are gloating and proceeding with the doom and gloom and using the very negative news to attempt to take advantage of the situation.  I have come up with some pointers that I wish someone would have given me when I went through one of the toughest times of my networking career.

Take this time to find yourself before moving into something that is rushed and maybe fueled by fear and panic.

These are a few questions and statements that might help you focus on making the best decision and assist you in making this a stepping stone and not a stumbling stone.

1. What is is that you are really passionate about?  Is it the product? The Industry? The lifestyle? The freedom?  Helping others? You need to know and understand the next move you make must 100% line up with what you are truly passionate about.

2. What is in the best interest to your Team? Who owns your downline? This has been the debate of many companies, distributors and has also been the cause of many lawsuits.  Is your teams yours? your uplines?, your companies?   I encourage every leader to stand up and let your team know you are there and that all though you don't have all the answers you are willing to work in the teams best interest.

3. Don't operate out of the fear of loss!  Don't work with anyone who attempts to take advantage of your situation and forces you to move fast or loose out.  These guys are only operating out of greed and are sharks in the water just taking advantage of you and your team.  A real leader will treat you with respect and allow you to analyze the offer and to insure that the offer aligns with your overall integrity and mindset that you wish to operate your team.  The fact that they are pressuring you with the fear of loose in itself should speak loudly to their true character.

4. Don't allow this situation to steal your motivation!  Stay passionate and motivated move forward with your team, have team training calls continue to work with them and involve your team in your decisions going forward.  The worst thing you can do is worry, sit and think "Why" and "What if" scenarios.  Look forward and do not look back.

How to decide what and how to move forward

    1. Be honest with your team, but don't let them dwell too much in the lose
    2. Accept what has happened look to the bigger picture.
    3. Decide on your next move based on your and your teams best interest.
    4. Don't let you upline pressure you to do what is not in your best interest.

Finally I offer up my coaching services to any Xelr8 distributor who needs a friendly unbiased person to talk to free of charge for the next few weeks. Email me at joinpatsteam@gmail.com.
