Mastermind Group, Important, Crucial?

In Chapter 10 of “Think and Grow Rich” Napoleon Hill discusses the importance of a Mastermind group in creating wealth.

I have heard it said that a Mastermind group is important. I would like to take it a step further and say it is crucial.

Power is required for the accumulation of money. Where does this power come from and how is it sustained?

Power is gained through the Mastermind. The Mastermind is defined as “coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose”. No individual has all the knowledge, skills, talent and creativity to succeed on his own. We must surround ourselves with like-minded people to help, guide and encourage us on this Networking journey.

The Mastermind group I belong to meets all the criteria Mr. Hill lays out. The knowledge and skills aspect of the group are superb. But the spirit of giving, sharing, and supporting is where the group really excels. Belonging to this group has changed and will continue to change my life.
