3 daily questions to ask yourself

One of my daily disciplines is to listen to at least 30 minutes of audio a day.  One of the best times to listen to audio is on my drive to work and back, at the gym during a warm up or stretch.  So this week I’ve been listening to Tony Robbins with a program called Lessons in Mastery.  I’m learning a lot from this program.  Plus it’s a really good listen to prepare me for the day ahead of me.  It’s like putting on my armor for the day!

One of the things I learned about is the kind of lives we live is based on the kinds of questions to ask yourself daily.  If we ask ourselves negative questions we tend to get negative answers.  When we ask questions like “Why am I not generating leads or business?”, our mind will answer with a negative answer.  But when we ask that same question reworded like “What do I need to do today to generate more leads or business?  Our mind will work harder and find a better answer to that questions.  Our mind is so powerful so we gotta be careful with we focus on with it.

So when you feel frustrated, be aware with why you are frustrated in your business and learn how to ask yourself quality questions.  Our mind will always have answers to our questions, it’s crazy huh?!?! See even my mind aswered that question right there as I am writing this.

With being aware with what we think and ask, what else do we need to help our minds get the aswers we are looking for?

Well I learned three incredible daily questions to ask yourself.

These questions you can ask at the end of the day but can also be tailored in the beginning of the day.

Questions 1: What did I learn today? – You can use this at the end of the day because in life we are either growing or dying.  You can also ask this question in the morning – What do I want to learn today?
