Are You A Network Marketing Babysitter?

It's another exciting day

In my next of the woods.

How's you day going?

I want to share this important tip with you today.

especially with my fellow Networkers.

I attended an important3 day seminar once in Atlanta, GA

While there I ran into someone who is extremely

Successful in the Network Marketing/Direct Sales Industry.

I know this woman attends tons of seminars.

I was so excited to meet her so I went up to her

And introduced myself. She was a member of my

Direst Sales Company and we knew each other

By phone only.

So I asked her this one question...

How do you keep up with
such a large group?

What if someone needed your help
desperately and you can't be reached?

What she said, I'll never ever forget.

She said...

I ONLY ATTRACT people who are independent, strong
and very capable...
My people know exactly what to do.

So point your people in the right direction

Just keep pointing them to your community/system
resources etc and keep it moving

You'll only hurt them if you baby them.

I don't mean to never be there for them

But if you have someone who after 1-2 years

asking you the same questions

HELLOOO....

Let them go.

If you have a bunch of slackers

Who are not prepared to do what it takes

And help themselves too

Let let them go.

If you spend your time pointing them to the

help and resources and they don't follow directions

DO NOT lose sleep over it.

Here's what you should no about those who ALWAYS complain

Please read what I say carefully.

Take notes...

"People who you DESERVE on your team

will NEVER bore you with there SAGA OF WOE"

Why you ask...

Because they would be too busy finding
SOLUTIONS.

Get this...

THEY ARE LIKE LUMPS OF DETERMINED CLAY.
They are solid as a rock
hard headed
They simply will not be moved
You can always count on them.

Are you attracting such people?

Yeah I realize flip floppers, quitters will find there way in

BUT it's cool. They'll quit like always and
They strong will remain.

I've made peace with it and realize not everyone
has staying power.

That's just BEAUTIFUL :)

Don't be a babysitter. Become the

Leader people are looking for.

Spend your time on the people who

Need you the most because they are

working like crazy to one day be free.

Here's to everyone who is working on
themselves long enough and hard enough
even if you fail because you will eventually
enjoy the level of failure that brings SUCCESS.
