Are You Ready For Magnetic Sponsoring?

When I first heard about Magnetic Sponsoring a year or so ago, I actually just brushed it off as someone else claiming to be able to make it in network marketing while the rest of the 97% didn't make it.  Looking back, I wish I would have started with it then.

However, thinking back to my mindset then, I wasn't in the right place for it to have the most impact.  A year ago, I wasn't ready for Magnetic Sponsoring.  I was trying all kinds of shortcuts, trying to get people to do what I wanted, and really only "pretended" to offer value.  A lot of that has to do with my upbringing, and the influences in my life.

If you have someone in your life or someone in your past that made such an impression on the way you think about things, you may have to unlearn some things before you are really ready to let Magnetic Sponsoring work for you in the fullest.  This may not easy to do, especially if that person still has some influence in your life.  But once you see that happening you can find ways to avoid letting that person continue to push those influences on you.  It is truly up to you to change those circumstance.

As you start to understand the princiles of success, and learn that Magnetic Sponsoring starts with giving instead of receiving, it may seem contradictory at first.  You may even question if it really works.  That is ok, that is part of what we all go through who have learned and are learning how Magentic Sponsoring works.

There are no shortcuts.  Sure they may be ways to market that may seem like will be better or faster at building your business.  But you have to think about what kind of message you are sending. 

It all goes back to the quality vs. quantity.  Quality will always win. 

Regardless of which business you are in, Magnetic Sponsoring works.  Just be ready for it to be life-changing.  Because once you really understand it, the light bulb will go on, and you will be wishing you had it sooner.
