In this article today, I want to talk to the women in network marketing.First and foremost Ladies, you rock the core of network marketing. Its crazy how if you look at who’s dominating as far as numbers, women make up about 75% of the industry. This is awesome and if you are a woman in network marketing you should be super happy about that. I want to talk to you about something’s that should not matter to you when it comes to building your business online and offline. I was tagged in a video today on Facebook by a top producing woman in network marketing. (Click here to see the video) After watching the video I had to do this post. It is only right for me to keep it real and speak the truth about this subject on the women in network marketing.
Women in network marketing: People are going to have opinions
You must understand that network marketing is a people’s business and when your dealing with people, you are dealing with different opinions day after day, month after month and year after year. Opinions are like ass—-, everybody has one. Do not get caught up in the he say she say stuff because it will take you away from your business. If your not focused on your business then you will not achieve your goals and dreams. This is a fact, not a opinion for all thewomen in network marketing. Please do not let the he say she say get you off of your track that your running on.
Women in network marketing: Looks Do Not Matter But They Damn Sure Do Help?
Is it a fact that most attractive women in network marketing or any business field is going to attract more people to her? Is it a fact that hard work is hard work no matter what in network marketing? I was told by a very very famous person that I had the chance to work with that( In their words) “Kareem, looks are everything because you only have one time to make a first impression. You always want to look good when you are in the public eye. Cars and clothing do not make the man but they damn sure do help“. I do believe that if you make sure that you look good in the public eye you will attract leaders to you. Now when I am looking to prospect a person looks are something I take serious because successful people look the part. No you do not have to where a super tight dress or a very low cut shirt to attract people to you. OK Women in network marketing, would you talk to or do business with someone who looks like they just got out of jail or would you talk to someone that looks like they graduated from Yale? Think about that one for a minute.
Women in network marketing: Let Them Be Right And You Go Out And Be Rich
No matter what people think about you or what they say about you, it is your job to get customers and find new business partners. That is what gets you paid in mlm, You Need to understand this, both men and women in network marketing. I guy that I look up to by the name of Patrick Maser told me when I told him all the things people were saying about me and the industry of network marketing,”Kareem, you let them be right and you go out and become rich“. Who cares why they joined your business, what matters is that they are productive in their business. Powerful stuff ladies and gentlemen.
Women in network marketing: Attraction Marketing Is The Key
Attraction Marketing is the key to super success in the industry of network marketing. You must learn how to attract the right type of people to you in order to build a huge mega downline with massive success in it. If you are not attracting the right people to your business then we need to talk for real. I am going to unleash a system to you that is going to blow your mind. Women Connect With Each Other Differently
Interesting post Kareem. The fact is that this article, while inspired by a cool woman Network Marketer, really applies to both sexes.
Speaking as one of the women grateful to be featured on your photo above, what I've found is that people are drawn to your message by they way you communicate it. And the fact is that, even though I have equal amounts of men and women on my team, the reasons they were drawn to me were entirely different.
It's for that very reason Jess Perretti & I created http://WomenofNumisNetwork.com as a way to connect with other women about our primary business. Women communicate with other women differently and we recognize that and give a voice to it.

Good, Bad and Ugly!
Really interesting Kareem - I have heard it said that instinctively when we look at a picture of a person we are drawn to their eyes and lips. Therefore the best picture to have is someone looking at you with a smile on their face - good, bad or ugly!! (oh and a great message communicated well helps too!!

Interesting Viewpoint
I had to think about this article for a bit. The laws of attraction operate on different levels. Every person is attracted to different things, for sure.
Granted, most people have an impression that someone who dresses like they have wealth and display all of the trinkets and toys, are successful and are the ones to follow.
But I think in the long term, a genuine person without ego will be the most successful, no matter gender or bling. One of the top leaders in my company is a millionaire and drives a mini-van.
Women do have a sisterhood that is is unique....Perhaps there are more women in the industry because there are many moms who want to stay at home and raise their kids.
You are right though in saying that our success in Network Marketing hinges on attracting the right people...those would be people who are committed, coachable, and consistent.
