Being Numero Uno

You know when people find out you are successful and have an open mind it is like the flood gates open for people to bring business opportunities to you.  And I am not just talking about the world of network marketing - I am talking all aspects.   It is as if you have had some success all of a sudden you are an expert in all businesses.

We can all agree Donald Trump is an expert in business, particularly in the field of real estate.  But if we were to ask him about how he has successfully ran a hair salon - would you listen?  Or would you rather speak with the salon owner that has hair appointments booked out for months at a time because they are so good? It all depends on what you are looking for.  For example, I would want the salon owner to teach me how to run each individual salon, but if I wanted to build the business and have one in evert major city I would employ the services of Mr. Trump.

You want to work with the number 1 person.  The same applied when you are choosing a company to work with.  How exciting is it to say that you are working with number 2 or number 3 in the industry?  You wouldn't even bring it up.  But how much more leverage do you have by saying that you are the number 1 company in the industry.  Then you can make a statement like: Do you think we are the best because we are the biggest?   No - we are the biggest because we are the BEST.

You know I have been an owner with a few companies that claimed to be the best - but when you look deeper it is all fluff.  People want to be with the best.  Look at outside sources for confirmation that you are working with the best company - PERIOD.  If you are not with the best company stop wasting your time.  If you are making good money with a sub-par company imagine how much you will make with number 1. 

There are magazines (Inc, Forbes, Success, Success From Home) that show cases companies on a monthly basis.  Find one and stick with it.  Once you make your decision stop looking for greener grass.  You will pull your hair out.  Just look at me.

In any case - if you are looking for a company that is number 1 then please feel free to write me a personal message.  I am not going to promote any business on here because I feel there are going to be hooligans who think this is an chance to say they are number 1.
