Do You Love What You Do?

Do you really love what you do, I mean deep down in your soul love what you do? If you don't then why are you doing it? I love my Network Marketing company, I love the people I work with, I love who I have become. Let me tell you a little story.

   I grew up in England and as a youngster I was very introverted. I was a complete loner. Everyday I would get on my bike and ride off to the woods about 2 miles from my house. I would spend all day there because I felt safe. I was away from people who picked on me. I do not remember the names of any of the friends I had. My wife can remember all her childhood friends and I guess I am jealous of this. The only person I can truly remember is a homeless guy who lived in the woods. I was picked on in school. I remember being put into a dumpster one day but for the life of me I do not know why. I was unable to talk to people, unable to make true friends. I am telling you this just to let you know the way I used to be.

After getting into Network Marketing I changed. I changed because I knew that if I didn't I would always be that scared little boy from my childhood. I learned how to overcome my fears and I learned to talk WITH people not TO people. Becoming the person I always wanted to be is the reason WHY I became a Network Marketer. My WHY is more than money, it is becoming a person that people enjoy talking with, becoming a person that people know, like and trust. I love who I am today and I have this industry to thank for that. I wrote this article to stress the importance of knowing WHY you are in this industry. Maybe there is one person out there who can relate to this story, if so then I have accomplished what I set out to do. It was not easy opening myself up to the way I used to be, but it feels great to be proud of the way I am today.
