Give Up Trying To Build Your Business

Network Marketing is all about people not your company or products. I suggest you give up trying to build your business and instead go into the people building business! Concentrate on finding out what people are looking for and be the solution! Ironically you will soon find that you will be a top distributor in your business! By building and helping people get what they want you will save years of frustration and failure. I gave up trying to build my business a short while ago when I came across the network mastermind group – mentoring for free!

I had a real ‘aha’ moment when I realized that when I’m trying to build my business it is all about me! No wonder people said no!!! Things immediately changed when I concentrated on what they wanted!

People will only join people they know like and trust. So your first goal for you is to brand yourself. So when people look at you they see you as open and a person that can help them solve their problem. For the internet you need to present your unique selling proposition (USP), which incidentally and ironically is YOU! You need to realize that you have a lot to offer and concentrate on offering that! The single biggest mistake people make online is copying someone else.

They mistakenly think that is duplication but you cannot duplicate people you can only duplicate systems. Be careful not to muddle these two things in your mind. Duplication of the process/system is critical to the growth of your network marketing business.

Once you have built a degree of trust and they become your prospect then your job then is to be a professional pointer. You need at this point to be fully engaged into the system your business offers. Do not be tempted to show off the knowledge that will kill your business. Keep things ultra simple!

As a leader become the best listener on your team! Lead by example, learn to understand the needs of your team and work hard to help them overcome their obstacles. Empower them, encourage them and help them realize how incredible they are and that you believe in them.
