Screw YES! Go For NO!
I was first introduced to the concept of Go For NO by a good friend of mine. We sat down and watched the video. And I just loved the depth of emotions expressed by everyone who practiced this philosophy. It's SO TRUE that networkers (especially newbies) can get easily discouraged by setting goals that involve getting people to say "Yes". The fear of failure prevails and MOST people end up quitting. Going for NO is SO MUCH EASIER because you KNOW that most people are going to say NO. Of course this is a catalyst for taking action (which ultimately leads to YES) Yay! Thanks for sharing your thoughts Tyler! More people need to get their hands on this info :)
