Motivational DNA (drives, needs and awards) is the type of motivational style you were born with which makes up not only your
personality but how you achieve or not achieve your goals...

This is good news because this means if you aren't living up to your potential or you have large challenges to over come
to get to the ultimate success you desire, what you need to do if figure out what lights your fire and snuffs out your flame.

In other words what is your internal "drive" that makes you get things done and act, what are your core fundamental "needs" you require

Variable: Are you high energy, like to have fun and thrive in chaos and constant change?

AWARDS:

Internal: You must have and want a sense of meaning and significance. You want to
make a difference in the world.                                                                           

External: You would rather have a pay increase instead of a pat on the back. Your
interested in climbing the corporate latter, you crave advancement and status.
