I have been teaching EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to network marketers for about 10 years. I have seen lots of benefits myself and in the ones who use it regularly. I know most of my worries are silly and rooted in self-esteem issues. That’s why I decided to do this 30 day challenge. I really want to make a shift in my self-esteem so I can remove the resistance to moving in the direction I intend to go in my business. I know there are lots of others who have fears based in self-esteem issues so I thought, why not work on this together?

Self-esteem is important if you want success in anything you choose to achieve but especially in business.  When our self-esteem is low, things are much more difficult. This 30 Day EFT Self-Esteem Challenge  is meant to raise our self-esteem and give us much more confidence to do business tasks that we need to do if we want to be successful in our business or anything else.
