How Does Your Garden Grow?

I was speaking with my mentor this morning and all of a sudden ...what caught my attention was her telling me if I was negative to something I would lose it.

Wow...who wants to lose anything...if I have one prospect come to me in a two week period of time ...it would be so easy for me to say..."Is that all I get...just one!"

She pointed out that if I had a NEGATIVE ATTITUDE about it... likely nothing would come from the one prospect and not only that ...the negative would come back at me 100 times more.

Now ...who wants that!!

She then said that even with just one prospect ...I should be so GRATEFUL ...I should dance a jig and celebrate the fact that I was given one prospect to work with.

And the fact that I was grateful about having the one prospect ...the blessings would come back to me a thousand fold.

She compared the whole marketing process to planting a garden and watching it grow.

First we plant the seeds...like the messages and comments that we make on FB.

Then after a period of time of cultivating...relationships...we watch the seeds sprout...and then bloom...

The flowers of course represent our new friends that KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST us...and we end up among other things doing business with them.

So...the moral of the story is to be GRATEFUL and POSITIVE toward all things and continued blessings will come our way.
