Is Time Killing your Business?...

I Just have to ask you a Question. Have you ever been at the end of your day and Say Man where did the day go? I did not get anything Done.  So let me ask you this.

Can having too much Time Kill your Business?                                                                                                                                                 Can not having enough time Kill you Business?

They answer to both these questions is YES…

Ok, check this out. I work 6 Days a week, anywhere from 10-11 hrs a day. So I have about 3-4 hrs an evening to work my Business. Then I get off every other Thursday. So that is 2 days off a month to work my Business not counting Sundays, I try not to do anything on Sundays unless I have too. Just hang with me there is a Point to all This.

So Here is my Point. The Days I have off I was getting less done then I was in the 3-4 hours an Evening and here is why.  In my short evenings, I had a very specific written work Plan for each evening. I would write out each thing that I wanted to get done and it was very effective. On the days I had off I would just have lots of things bouncing around in my Head that I wanted to get Done. What I found out was I had more Time and Got far less done.  So here is what I live by NOW…

Plan your Day or Plan to Fail…

Do not be to Cool to have a written Daily work Plan. You need to have a very specific written game plan with start times and finish times for the things you have to do that day. Hold yourself accountable to get your work done.  The amount of time you have to work your Business does not Matter as much as your Plan for the time you have.

Just find your day planner on your computer and start planning your Day; you will be amazed with how much you can get done in a day…
