Life begin with opportunities! Episode Il

The second changing point of my life...

After 5 years working as an Assistant Administration Manager / Administration Manager I have decided to looking for my life improvement. There are the only choice that i have decided is to go abroad which I believe that i can earn more and my life will open world wide, Kayman island is the place that i plan to go and work there everything was prepared and i am ready to take off to explore my life unfortunately during a waiting period of 2 months i have nothing to do. So, i start searching for some temporaly job in Thailand and find one that i need to start work as a quality associate and assistant business planning manager in Automotive Business in A big company. Decided to work 2 months here, however after 2 months working here my boss is offer me the permanent job that i need to reconsider my going to kayman island. Finally, i choose to live my life continue in Thailand which i can taken care of my parents and other family member. I start my job as Quality Associate and Assistant Business Planning Manager, everything go on very well my performance is accepted by my boss and all collegue, i was offer to move on to my new position with some benefit and salary is increasing as A Material Control Analyst. Woww how this was again change my life i have to start learning again and again after my performance is accept by them. The Director and my boss are moving me around when they saw that i can perform my job well on whatever position the company assigned, i was rated as Exellence for many years which bring me alot of salary increase, can you imagine how hard working i am from the Microbiologist to Administration work, Material Planing and Logistics, Sales and Business Planning, Production Control and finally the company decided to move an Engineer to work in training section and ask if i can work as an Engineer to approve an Automotive Components that to be assembled in the car.

My heart is beating, i stair at him and answer immediately after he ask if i can be an engineer, Sure! I can whatever you want me to do I can, I BELIEVE that i can without knowing how, but I BELIEVE after then my title was change to Engineer with the company support all expenses for me to continue my Master degree in Engineering Management! The problem come again the qualification for those who want to continue the Engineering Management have to graduated from Engineering field where i am a Microbiologist, they not accept my application so i just call them and ask to meet up with the commitee who make an interview, I ask them to compare my experience on my work with those people who graduated from Engineering, i evern have more knowledge than them, With a reasonable negotiation and debate they decided to accept a Microbiologist to continue the Master degree class and that is starting point of my travel around the globe.

Day after day i gain more and more experienced, self study from internet, from suppliers, from whoever that they can add my knowledge up. Again my life is change my boss who work in a corporate level accepting my outstanding performance so asking me to work at a corporate level move my head count in to American head count and from that day I become a Sourcing and Supply Chain for Asia Pacific responsible on asia  pacific side for the Automotive components suppliers. 8 years of experienced in the field of Automotive business my life change like forehand to backhand. Life always change from Time to Time, people thought also change from Time to Time...I decided to Quit the company and want to become a business man own myself business following Robert Kiyosaki, I become the ownwer of Organize and Travel Management Company. Restuarant owner, Whole seller for many stuff! Let see what Else become of my life>>>To be continue on Episode III
