Mindset Building: "Got Growth?"

The key to success in any business begins with the mindset. How you perceive success is ultimately how you will project success. Bishop Eddie Long once said that "you are living the vision for your life". I tell my clients that if you don't like the visual of your life, then change the vision. Whatever your mindset is will ultimately be reflected in your lifestyle.

Another term used to describe this methodology is "Belief Behavior". Belief Behavior is simply the act of living out your thought life or mindset. Your actions are totally predicated on what lies in your core belief system. In order to grow, you must develop growth in your core belief system. Your information has to increase. The amount of repetitions with the new information has to increase. Everything has to increase mentally so that your mind is able to see clearly the new vision for your life! Once you are able to see the vision clearly, you are now able to implement it into your mindset. Once it becomes a part of the mindset, you will carry your mindset out through your actions. That is belief behavior at it's finest!

Growth is such a key component in business building. Everyone in the organization must commit to it in order to see the change it desires. From the CEO down, growth has to be viewed as a mandate in order to maintain success. If you are in a MLM, as a leader of your organization you must be of the growth mindset in order to keep your business alive. Once you, or any member of your organization stops growing, prepare your business's eulogy.

Remember, leaders are learners. Without the increase of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in your mindset, it is impossible to experience growth. Your business may experience some influx of cash, but if you don't have the mindset to grow and maintain it, that too will soon be lost. While building your mindset, make it a priority to grow so that you will be able to experience success in your organization as well as you personally.
