I’ve been in love before. It’s the most beautiful feeling in the world.
I never wanted the feeling to end. I felt invincible, like I could take on anything and conquer it! Life was good!
I understand Mr. Hill’s reasoning in this chapter. When a person is in love, they feel good about themselves, they are more willing to try new things because of their heightened self-confidence. After all, someone LOVES them! They must be worth something!
So, what happens when a person isn’t in love? When their marriage of over 20 years is in shambles and collapsing? When a wife discovers her husband has betrayed her love and cheated on her? Is all lost and hopeless? NO!
Obviously these situations are major setbacks in a person’s life, but that is just what they are – setbacks; temporary defeats; not permanent!
I think most of us can reach back into our memories and remember our first love, or our first kiss. I know I can, and I remember how it felt.
That is the state of mind that Mr. Hill refers to in this chapter. Love is the strongest of all emotions, and it pumps us up so that we can achieve things that would normally be out of our range. It gives us tremendous power.
This is the emotion that we need to tap into as we strive for success in both building our business and our life. If we can harness that emotion, and direct it towards our stated goals, we will be able to accomplish great things. Lucky for us, this can be done with conscious effort and practice.

The POWER of sex transmutation
To be able to transmute energy from sex to creative thoughts is powerful. This is a taboo subject for some, due to their state of mind is generally associated with the physical act and not the emotion DESIRE. If you effectively learn & teach this concept, it can transform mediocre minds into geniuses! Thanks for sharing Laurie!

Hey Laurie. I want to thank you again for getting me the info on your mastermind group. I listened to the call today, and it was very enlightening. I had read this chapter before and struggled with how to interpret it in my life. Listening today helped clear a lot of that up.
Sex is a very powerful emotion, but as you and Chinna above stated, it's not just about the physical act, it's about the emotion that goes with it. I think women have an advantage here, as men, especially younger men, have a hard time getting past the physical. But I can see now that it is a worthwhile practice, and have a better understanding of how it works.
