 Success in Multi Level Marketing: How You Can Avoid Sabotaging Your Business

In today’s post I’m going to be sharing with you some very important factors that it takes to be a success in multi level marketing.

I remember when I first started my business a few years back I thought thatsuccess in multi level marketing meant that you needed to get results quickly.   It may have been because I was so use to hearing all the success stories, and equated that with success in multi level marketing.
I mean we’ve all seen and hears all of the success in multi level marketing stories…and many of them are to the tune of:  “Mr. X makes 100K his first 5 months online and fires his boss…yada, yada, yada.”

And although I was making some money, I thought I was doing something wrong.  I thought that success in multi level marketing meant that you had to have extraordinary results in a short amount of time.  It didn’t matter that I was generating leads and making money…I still felt like my way had to be wrong because I was comparing myself to everyone else.

You see once I started to work more on my mindset is when things really started to change for me…
I started to take more action and started seeing more progress in my business, and then something weird started happening…I stepped into what they call momentum, and I promise you once you get to that place you NEVER want to come out of it.

If you want to increase your chance of success in multi level marketing then I highly encourage you to do one thing….

NEVER EVER compare yourself or your results to ANYONE ELSE!!  Success in multi level marketing isn’t about you competing against other people.

It’s so easy to get caught up into watching leadership boards, seeing and listening to all the stories about success in multi level marketing and getting caught up into feeling like what you’re not good enough.

If you focus on that you will literally sabotage your business and any chance of success in multi level marketing.  I promise you this is a serious element in our industry that DESTROYS people, teams, organizations and most of all it breaks one’s spirit and the will to continue in building a business.

Remember you’re a business owner and success in multi level marketing takes time.  So remember to just focus on the activities that you need to be doing in order to attain the results that you desire.  Serve your audience by putting out value into the marketplace and the money will come.

The only thing that matters is why you got started in building your business, not whose doing better, or getting more results than you.
If you focus on taking the action necessary to build your business, success in multi level marketing will happen and the money and rewards will come.
All too often it’s the opposite way around, where people will focus so heavily on the money side of things and because they don’t see it right away they think they’ve failed somehow.

Success in Multi Level Marketing: So How Do You Actually Avoid Self-Sabotage In Building Your Business?

•  If you want to be a success in multi level marketing then I don’t care how you do it but make sure everyday you’re constantly feeding yourself with encouragement.  Perhaps you have some really good audios that you love to listen to…my favorite is from George Zalucki “Profile of a Champion”.

• Maybe you have some really uplifting books you like to read, and perhaps you enjoy prayer or meditation. If you constantly feed yourself with encouragement there will be no room for you to worry about what anyone else is doing.

• Lastly, surround yourself with people who believe in you.  Being a success in multi level marketing is more about your circle of influence. A ton of the people that support me are my colleagues and friends aren’t even local to where I live.  So it’s important no matter where your support and circle of influence is, make sure you stay connected to people that believe in you and seek to see the best for you.

Do these things and stay focus and committed on what matters most to you.  I assure you once you do this you will become more at peace with  who you’re becoming and you’ll begin to appreciate even the smallest successes that you achieve.
