You mentioned persistence which is very key. Napoleon Hill writes a whole chapter about persistence in his famous book, Think and Grow Rich..It's going against the wind when failure and defeat are staring you down..You must also have the five pillars to success..The five pillars to success is a new concept not taught in the industry but many of the big names know of it. People have built outside of the five pillars but there is reason why the industry average is only 2.7 recruits..The systems aren't built for the part-timer and they cost a arm and a leg or both...
