What My Son Could Teach Us About Focus

Spencer When He Was Learning How To Ride & Harry With His New Bike.

Had to share this great family moment I had last year with you, as I believe it will help your mindset in your MLM, or online business, like it has mine.

Now my oldest son Spencer has been riding his push bike with stabilizers now for a while, it was my youngest sons Harry's birthday late last summer and myself and Donna asked him what he would like for his birthday, to which he replied in excitement, "a bike like Spencer's please".

So off we went to this big bike store and Harry was looking around to choose his new bike, now while Harry was choosing his bike Spencer pointed to a bike and said, "wow Dad, can I have that bike over there as my next bike" in which I replied, "once you can ride your bike which you have now with no stabilizers, then it's yours"

Now knowing that I said that, I knew Spencer was not really bothered if he could ride his bike with stabilizers or not before we went to this store, but he knew he whould be riding without his stabilizers one day.

How surprised was I when we got home......

Spencer got his bike out, asked for his stabilizers to be taken off, and he started to learn to ride his bike. From then on over the next few weeks, with bumps and bruises over his legs from falling off his bike, he started to put his safety helmet on by himself, made sure his brakes were working before he got on, learning to keep his balance and focusing on that new bike.

Well by week 4 he could now ride his bike perfect in every way, and hence he got that new bike, he achieved and chased that 'WHY'. Now apart from me and Donna being proud parents, we both realised that what Spencer achieved made our beliefs in our goals more achievable.

So what I am trying to put across is, do you have focus on your goals like my son had with his new bike?

Do you have the balance when it comes to working your business in achieving your goals, just like Spencer needed that balance to ride his bike without stabilizers, if not he would fall off?

If you answered NO to both the above questions then............GET FOCUSED........GET THE BALANCE.......!!!

Without both the focus on achieving that end goal, or not having the right balance in life when it comes to your MLM or online business, then it's a good chance you will not succeed.

So get that goal, get 101% focused on it and let nothing keep you off balance on getting it, and then just like my son, you will stop at nothing in achieving your goals and dreams.
