Why Your "Lack of Self-Confidence" Is Destroying Your Sponsoring Skills...

This article is meant for anyone who has EVER had to sponsor ANYONE for ANYTHING at any point in their life...

..You will understand, and hopefully learn from the mistakes we have ALL made..

Your probably reading the headline, and wondering "Lack of Sponsoring" ?....

..I "sponsored" 10 reps last month, I don't lack in my sponsoring skills, what are you talking about?...

But..

..How about I click the title just to see if I can acquire the "pleasure" of learning how to sponsor more reps and avoid the "pain" of losing my sponsoring skills..

I just want to start off by saying this...

EVERY morning, I listen to some sort of motivational and educational audio pieces I have from a number of resources to start out my day...they really help jump-start my day, and remind me of my purpose on this planet with simple affirmation's that I live by...

..I know it might sound cliche, but I don't care...

WHY?...

...because they WORK!!!

Try them sometime and watch your productivity go through the roof.

I recommend this book to everyone "think and grow rich" by Napolean Hill.

..This is a "must have"...

So I'll get to the point of this title now here:

* Self-belief and Self-Confidence are the beginning points when it comes to changing your mindset

* You can be as deteremined as you like, but if you lack confidence, it will show and kill your credibility fast

* If you don't show confidence, how can anyone be confifdent in your idea, plan, or business. How will show that you can be their solution to their current problems

* Confidence is much much much more than the words that come out of your mouth. Ex: your posture, and the way you walk, stand, dress, hold eye-contact and shake hands with people.

Let's go to the "lack of sponsoring" part of it now:

* Sponsoring new reps is EASY, if you know what your doing

* You will struggle at some point, you will face challenges, and you will get rejected

* You can not be afraid to hear "NO"

* Old school sponsoring techniques can and will work, to a certain extent

* The mass majority of "sponsoring" happens online, where viewers can find YOU

* Sponsoring will require: phone calls, meetings, 3 ways, conferences, and edifying your upline

  --- Until you build a name for yourself by investing in education on the industry as a "whole"

* The term "sponsoring" can scare people, turn your prospects off from the business and build barriers from your market if used incorrectly, or talked about in the wrong way

Now...

How to fix all these problems above:

Confidence:

1) Read, read, read

2) Work on developing as a person everyday, get better on the inside on a daily basis

3) Practice your introduction about your opportunity as much as possible. As much as you practice, will determine your growth with self-confidence.

4) Start getting outside your comfort zone on a daily basis, by doing thing's you wouldn't normally do. They don't have to be related to your business, just do something and watch what comes from it.

5) Get on the phone. Talk to as many people as possible until your comfortable talking on the phone with someone about your opportunity. Phone skills are crucial for communication skills.

6) Build new relationships whenever you have the opportunity.

7) Quit the "selfish" acts and focus on others.

8) Learn to understand what your prospect would feel if you were in their shoes

** These are 8 simple strategies I used, as well as many others I know to help boost self-confidence. If done on a persistant scale, you will succeed in building more self-confidence. Be patient though.

"Lack of Sponsoring" is ONLY a "mindset", that can and will be changed when you build the confidence necessary to aid in your sponsoring skills...

IT ALL STARTS WITH COMPLETE SELF-BELIEF IN YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
