Personality Plus: What kind of Personality do you have?

Hi everyone! Since we're all networkers here and we do network marketing, we all know that our businesses are about relationships right?!

We build relationships everyday and of course along with those relationships we face different personalities each day. It's very important for us to deal

with these different personalities in the proper way so that we can build a relationship. The problem with that is sometimes we don't know what kind of personality we have and thus sometimes we end up clashing with the personality of a certain prospect.

To help with that problem here is a list of the 4 types of personalities and an insight of what they are:

  1. Popular Sanguine- they are EXTROVERTS, TALKERS and OPTIMISTIC
  2. Perfect Melancholics- they are INTROVERTS, THINKERS and PESSIMISTIC
  3. Powerful Cholerics- they are EXTROVERTS, DOERS and OPTIMISTIC
  4. Peaceful Phlegmatics- they are INTROVERTS, OBSERVERS and PESSIMISTIC

Personalities types?

Most people would be far better off if they learned to listen and then it doesn't matter what type of personality you are or your prospect. You respond (listen) to what your prospect says (wants) and you've saved yourself a ton of time learning how to basically pigeonhole people into a category.

Yes we should listen and of course Listening is always paired with learning. Listening without learning would just be hearing:) We should listen to the people around us and by doing that we will know which personality type they possess and we'll know how to deal with them.
