Go Internet Grannie .... the Baby Boomers are leading the charge..

 Forget about your Gen X and Y, it’s the Baby Boomers who are embracing the world wide web and the internet with open arms and leading the way in the Home Computer industry.  Forget about your young Internet Gurus telling us they make millions with a new exceptional internet business, how about your Internet Grannies..!

The “oldies”, as the Gen X & Y’s call them, are buying computers by the dozens, attending classes, going back to school to take lessons to learn how to use them, discovering top money making opportunities and doing a darned good job at it too.  The younger generation could take a leaf out of their book and stop thinking that they know it all just because they are young…!

They should stop and remember it was the “oldies” who invented the technology in the first place.  It was the “oldies” who discovered silicone chips, put a man on the moon, created the fibreoptic cable that first joined it all together and then created the satellite technology which fires up our GPS’s, our plasma TVs, our iPods, microwave ovens and everything else that makes this wonderful world go round.

Perhaps it was the thought of having to live off a pension that inspired this spurt of activity – who knows, but what I do know is that my 81 year old aunty in the USA is as much at home on the email and MSN Messenger as any finger tapping, text messaging teenager you see on every street corner today.

Perhaps some of those Gen X & Y kids should have had the opportunity of the great education provided by the Power of Success for Kids course which is available today www.YourMaximumPotential.net. And they should also remember they will be "oldies" one day and scratching their heads as they look at their younger generation.  What letter will we be up to then I wonder??
