How To STOP Sabotaging Your Success!

Early last year (2010) I joined a mastermind group called, "The 30 Day Mental Cleanse" (which is a class within Mentoring For Free), it's based on the book Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

Chapter four Hill talks about "autosuggestion" I call it, "myself talk."  He states, "autosuggestion is a term which applies to all suggestions and all self-administered stimuli which reach one's mind through the five sense."

You have been programmed sense birth by your parents, grandparents, teacher, pastors est. to think a certain way. Most of these beliefs are lies pasted down through generations of programming.

Do You Think I'm Kidding...Read This!

Haven't we've all been told NOT to swim a half hour after eating because you'll get cramps and drown. The truth is, that's a lie, no record has been recorded in which somebody dies due to swimming a half hour after eating, and yet most of us take this as the, "dead truth" because we've been programmed to believe a lie.

Have you taken the time to listen to the garbage within your mind? Every time you lessen to music, news, horror movies, negative people your mind is being programmed.

The Painful Truth

These "negative thoughts" which manifests itself  as "negative emotions" govern your life by controlling your sub-conscience mind which leads you down a "rat hole" of "self sabotage" every time.

This Can't Be Possible...

Yes it can! I have my "self talk" in place saying it over and over again a couple hundred times a day, until my sub-conscience mind is on, "auto-self talk" even when I'm sleeping. It didn't take long in which, strong "burning desire" of emotion propelled it deeper within my conscience.

My network marketing business is growing as I'm building relationships with positive energy and faith. People Can't Wait to talk with me, they Must talk with me, they're Propelled to talk with me!

Blindsided...What.

Without much warning something happened within the course of the day which just about derailed me. I started to hear negative thoughts rising to the service, trying to overtake my mind. These thoughts had nothing to do with my business, rather it came from a different direction. Yeah, but can that really make a difference with my business...?

This Is What I Mean By Self-Sabotage  

This is what I mean by self-sabotage and it's evil. Yes, it can make a difference! Some programming deep inside came rising to the service feeding my mind with no warning. I started to dwell on those thoughts instead of my positive "self talk" and within that minute my energy level changed from "positive" to "frustration."

What "The 30 Day Mental Cleanse" has done for me and can do for you is, bring your awareness level "dead" in front of you as it should. When I realized these self-sabotaging thoughts had the potential to take me and my success down a "rat hole" I acted quick.

I envisioned a bright red stop sign in my mind and out loud I said, "STOP IT NOW" and very quickly replaced those thoughts with a new revised "self talk."  

The Key To Your Success
