DO YOU READ THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES?

a) If the P and P are not posted clearly on the website, BEWARE.
b) If the P and P are over three or four pages long, BEWARE.
c) The Distributors’ Rights Association warns against P and P’s over 15 pages.
d) Enrollment Agreement or Terms of Agreement plus Policies and Procedures together
are business contracts, enforceable in a court of law.
e) Search the document for words like “termination”, “ongoing”, “inactivity”.
f) Is your downline protected?
g) Can you actually retire from this business or must you continue to work forever?
h) Can you will your business?
i) Must your heirs continue to work?
j) Must your heirs “qualify” your position within a certain time frame?
k) Take the contract to your lawyer and accountant.
