Motivation is NOT a Habit...

Motivation is more like mind set in that
if you focus on keeping the motivation
burning within you, your goals will happen
that much faster...with the added benefit of
feeling much more fulfilled with life over
all.

To KEEP THE FIRE BURNING you need
to know your unique motivational drive.

Producers are known for getting the job done, and
tend to be fast thinkers.Leadership naturally comes
easier for them.They normally leap before knowing the risk..
and thrive on constant change. They are known
for being energetic, confident and powerful.

Kathrine Hepburn and Jack Welch are examples of
producers.

===> Are you an Connector??

Connectors want connection affiliation and rapport
with others. There known for being great listeners.
They promote teamwork and harmony. They want
everyone to get along. They like to celebrate other
individuals accomplishments. And normally well
liked by everyone.

Oprah Winfrey and Jerry Lewis are examples of
connectors...

The flip side or negative traits of a producers and connectors:

**Producers are they can be overly competitive the ole
(win no matter who gets hurt attitude) which can lead to
hurting other peoples feelings.

**Connectors can be too accommodating and since they
want everyone to get along will avoid healthy conflict.
They sometimes will allow others to take advantage of them.

Either way you might have traits of both but you are normally
more one then the other...

Finding out that I am Producer has helped me stay more
focused on my goals and become aware of what drives others
so I can tailor my over aggressiveness to balance and add more
value to my relationships. Plus has helped me accept my faults
and work with them...instead of against them... ;-)
