Network Marketing Is About Good Relationships

I remember when I first started in the home based business industry and thinking that it was all about growing a large organization and selling products. So I took the approach of recruiting anyone who could fog a mirror and hoped that they would ‘get it’ and run with the business opportunity! I worked hard and many people did join but I found that many people also left! I wondered why….

Then I discovered that network marketing is all about people, about good relationships and helping them achieve what they were looking for. Even though I did bring many into the business it was only a small percentage of the people I prospected and I wondered why! Network marketing is such a great concept and builds financial freedom and the freedom to own your life.

I then discovered, I must be really slow, that you HAVE to be on the look out to solve the prospects need. They responded to your advertising and came to you because they have a need. It is my job to find out what that is and help them solve it. If the prospect is confident that you have their best interests at heart they will continue to talk to you until their confidence is sufficiently compelling for them to want to work with you.

It is the same with the products – they have to believe you and then they will trust that the products will do what you say they will and they will buy from you. It really is the amount of quality service that you offer to the person that makes the difference. The more you can help and solve their problems the more success you will see. It is that simple.

Just working hard will not cut it you have to be an attractive, inspiring leader with a strong compelling vision and a willingness to lay your life down for your team, serving with a pure servants heart.
