The ABC's of Network Marketing
This is just a short article that I needed to write to help me in my business but also hopefully to help others.
- ATTITUDE: The power of a positive attitude can work miracles in a business or life in general. Imagine where you would be if you let everything get you down. As an example my wife just lost her job cutting our linear income in half. I could allow myself to get pissed off at our situation but instead of that my thoughts are on working harder to make my business more of a success. I joined BN as a paid member so I could learn from all the wonderful people on here and also to be able to share my experience, strength and hope with others.
- BRAVERY: This is the opposite of FEAR. How many times have I sat by my computer knowing that I had prospects to call but afraid to. That damn phone must weigh 500lbs. I have had to change my mindset to one of if I don't make those calls there is absolutely no chance for my business to grow. I also had to change my mindset to one of if I don't share my opportunity with others I am being selfish. I have been given a gift that can and will change my family's life forever and not sharing this gift is allowing someone else's family to live in worry and financial fear.
- CREATIVITY: If I am to work harder on my business I must become more creative. I have to think outside the box. Look at Sam Walton, to become the most successful department store in history he had to change his thinking. He made each of his stores their own warehouse saving himself millions of dollars, talk about thinking outside the box. If I talk to just one extra prospect a day it will take me about 15 minutes but that measly 15 minutes means I have talked to 7 extra prospects a week, 31 extra prospects a month and 365 extra prospects a year. How many of those prospects will join with me?
I could go on and on about how a mindset change will improve you and I as a person and also help build our businesses. I hope this small article has helped you in some way, I know it has me.
