For ANY company to succeed, a Mastermind Group is a must. Not just an MLM. Ford knew he did not
have to have great schooling to be successful. He just needed to know who to ask to get the answers he was seeking.
When you think of your Mastermind Group as a vocal Library…..Say you are not knowledgeable in SEO marketing, however someone in your group is and shares that information or helps in that department….that is part of the power of the Mastermind at work.
Think back to when you were younger…you wanted to go out and you along with your friends would be in your rooms trying to think of the best way to convince your parents to let you go. Or you would each say you were staying the night at each others house, when in reality you were going someplace else for the night. You had to come up with an elaborate plan so not to get caught ( which you usually did anyway).
You know you did it !!!

Hi Zelphina,
I laughed out loud when I thought back to all those time I schemed with my buddies on how where gonna "get away with it". Maybe my Mastermind Group was pretty good, because we actually did get away with it a couple time :)
One thing for sure, when I choose to go it alone in my business I can still get to where I want to go, but when I tap into the Power of The Mastermind I can get there 1,000 times faster.
The key components to the most powerful Mastermind Groups are two thing; Unity and Harmony, and both are absolutes. Unity in the Mastermind is when every single member is in 100% commitment to the Mission and Goals of the group. Harmony in the Mastermind is when All are able to take the focus off or individual Greed and Ego and focus on the Group Conscience and the needs of other members.
So, if you can find a Mastermind group that fits these two criteria, And its free, well then that would be what they call a "no brainer". But, if you feel you must pay to be a part of a true Mastermind, then make darn sure that you find the right one before you spend a single dime.

Oh my! Boy, am I guilty of scheming with my teenage gal friends. And you are right I never thought of it as a Master Mind group. Only thing is, that kind of group back then, was not used for good, even though we thought so at the time. lol
It's a beautiful thing to be part of a Master Mind group that really has each others best interest and success in mind. A blessing indeed!

I can honestly say that I have come so much farther being part of an awesome group these past several months, than I EVER did trying to do things by myself! Henry Ford had it right. You don't have to know all the answers, you just need to know who to ask to get them! Thanks Zelphina!
