Why Believe It Or Not… It’s Not About The Money In MLM

Here is something that’s not said enough about network marketing or MLM. It’s not about the money. If it’s about the money for you you’re probably not going to have a lot of success. Success in network marketing is always about something deeper. What your personal reason for having success is I don’t know. For many people it is their family.

Being able to spend more time with your kids, providing a better life for you and your spouse or having more money to give to your church or favorite charity are some of the most popular but you have to make it personal for you. Once you get to the true root of why you want to make money it will get a whole lot easier for you to do so. You see, money doesn’t really motivate anyone. You might think that it does but what really motivates you is what you plan on DOING with that money.

Maybe you’re going to buy the house of your dreams, maybe you’re going to quit that job that you hate. Maybe you’re going to take a vacation with your wife whatever it is that is what you should use as your motivation not just money because money by it’s self is pretty meaningless. The people who are often the most successful in a home based business are the people who have the best reasons to succeed. Why is it that one person can be incredibly successful while another person can fall flat on their face?

It’s because the first person probably worked 100 times harder because they had a lot more motivation behind their actions. Once you know what your motivation is you should take every opportunity to remind yourself what it is. If it’s your kids you should put up pictures of you and your kids all over your office and if your motivation is buying a new car you should put a picture of the car you want as the wallpaper on your computer screen.

Just do whatever you need to do so that when things get tough you can look around and see what you’re doing all this for! It can not be said enough that in MLM it really isn’t about the money!
