They can usually help you with anything.  I have found that to be the case they have specialized knowledge that is huge in any industry.  To have a network of People all good at diffrent things working together.  Now that is what I am talking about!

Right on Dianne! More and more people will be misled from time to time and some will find people who actually are building an organization with today's technology. I believe there are a lot of things that work, lots of methods that work and there is no such thing as "this is the best way." There are many best ways, it just depends on the people who are marketed to and the methods used.

Some things might be better for some people and may be detrimental for others. Some people shouldn't even begin to think about trying a certain approach, style, etc., when prospecting and should be guided to start out doing something that's comfortable. It may take a little more time but that's okay because you want them in the business for the rest of their life.

But I do feel the best people in the industry know what the new person is capable of from the beginning, where that persons interests are, their skills, and can point them to a step-by-step process that will allow a new person learn, grow, get excited about marketing and not only about the possibiliity of future retirement, wealth, time freedom, etc., They must have the heartset to be willing to tell anyone what can be best for them.

A true leader would be willing to let a potential new person go if they aren't willing to put in the time, doesn't have a job, doesn't have enough money to properly fund a network marketing business, even though it's a very small amount, and be an honest soul to them.

When you think about why some of the major Guru's teach what they do it really makes you think. When it all comes down to it, network marketing success is about self-promotion, teaching and mentoring others how to do the same. Teaching others how to grow, become a stronger person, maybe more outgoing if needed but everyone is attracted to leaders. You will never become a huge success in anything unless you are a leader or you have leaders working for you.

In order to achieve whatever amount of success they are looking for, everyone will go through a change depending upon their level of spiritual understanding, marketing experience, ability to convey trust to one another, the skill to communicate with others according to the other person's interest, and a lifetime of learning.

The network marketing business never lets you have lifetime money unless you have put in some serious smart work in the beginning and you have helped mold some serious leaders who are doing the exact same. You must be thinking, doing, acting, responding, and doing everything in your power to teach the methods that work to everyone and this takes much time. Otherwise, even the so-called Guru's will only be around a couple of years at best because so many people on the outside will have already picked up on what's really going on.

A lot depends on ones agenda. A teacher not only points they also assist in the formation of a stratigy that becomes the blueprint on which a business is built.

By trying unselfishly, doing all in your to give answers and those questions beyond you experience can be directed (pointed) to one that has that knowledge. that is the beauty of of a selfless team.

The power of a mastermind is exponential

  I have worked with companies who promote the team concept, but don't come through when you need them.  How embarrassing when you have scheduled a 3-way with a new prospect and your upline expert, and make the call, and the upline doesn't answer the damn phone!  Worse yet,  they don't even bother to call you back to apologize, or give you an excuse or reason!  When you finally do get ahold of them there is a sorry excuse mumbled, and you either like it or you can move right along.  There are quite a few arrogant people in this industry.  They don't have time for the part timer.  I know, I'm whining...

  Until recently, when I found a company that has incorporated the Mastermind Principle in it's proven duplicatable system.  I have people who are great at comp plans, personal growth, different marketing techniques,or policies and procedures. 

 There are experts at my fingertips, no matter what I need to know, and when I need to know it!  That's a beautiful thing to plug into, no agenda, no ego, no attitude, no hype, just free knowledge to share, a belief that says give more, give freely, give what you got!

Ok I am bragging again, I got kicked out of the cub scouts because I could Not read a compass. LOL!  SO thanks so much Dianne, for pointing me in the right direction.  Now if you could just get the trees out of my way, I could get out of the forrest!!  Well done Dianne!!
